Onboarding

The Onboarding section allows the viewing of current onboards. There is no option to initiate onboards from this section.

By clicking Onboarding in the left sidebar menu the following options become available:

• Onboarding Dashboard: This dashboard provides a list that can be filtered by the following criteria:
  • Active eDocs
  • Signed eDocs
  • Expired Requests
  • Deleted Requests
• Active Workflows - Onboarding workflows that are open and waiting on the employee to take action.
• Credential A record of qualification and/or clinical practices history. Example for Light Inustrial: Fork Lift Certification Example for Healthcare: Nursing License Requests - Credential requests that are open and waiting on the employee to take action (optional feature).
• Background Screening - The status of all background screening services that have been ordered (optional feature).
• Signed eDocs - Onboarding requests that have been fully completed and e-signed.
• Form Any document that needs to be completed and signed by a Candidate Download - Select a form and date range to view and download signed eDocs forms.
